  7. Top with sweet chilli sauce if using.

Option: Toasts can also be melted on an outdoor grill or barbecue. Top each toast with a spoonful of jam and some fresh thyme. Serve with cut up raw vegetables or a bowl of soup. Tips: Use French or sour dough bread cut on an. Heat a large skillet over high heat, then add in onions and liquid and cover.
