- Take 2 tbsp oil
- Take 1/4 cup white onion chopped

- Prepare 4-5 green chillies finely chopped

Instructions to make Chicken Enchiladas:
- Preheat oven to 180 deg, grease a square or rectangular dish
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and saute until onions are soft
- Add green chillies, pepper and salt. Saute for few more seconds
- Add chicken and mix well, cook for 8-9 minutes. Keep it aside
- For homemade Enchiladas Sauce, refer to my earlier recipe
- Place tortilla on a plate, apply the sauce evenly over it. Add spoonful of black beans, chicken and 1 tbsp cheese at centre
- Roll the tortillas and place in greased dish. Do this for all the tortillas
- Add remaining sauce all over tortillas evenly
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm
