- Finely chop onion. Combine tomato sauce, chile powder, garlic, flour, cumin, salt, chopped onion, and chicken broth saucepan over high; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Reserve 2 cups of the tomato mixture. Add shredded chicken remaining tomato mixture in pan; toss to coat.
- Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture in center of each tortilla, some cheese, spoon of tomato mixture and roll up.
- Arrange rolled tortillas,, in baking dish coated with cooking oil. Evenly top with reserved tomato mixture; sprinkle with cheese, oregano, chilli flakes and jalepenos. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream
