  1. Finely chop onion. Combine tomato sauce, chile powder, garlic, flour, cumin, salt, chopped onion, and chicken broth saucepan over high; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring often, until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Reserve 2 cups of the tomato mixture. Add shredded chicken remaining tomato mixture in pan; toss to coat.
  3. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture in center of each tortilla, some cheese, spoon of tomato mixture and roll up.
  4. Arrange rolled tortillas,, in baking dish coated with cooking oil. Evenly top with reserved tomato mixture; sprinkle with cheese, oregano, chilli flakes and jalepenos. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
