  1. Peel the bananas and chopped into pieces. Cook the banana in a pressure cooker. Drain the excess water then mash the boiled bananas with 2 tablespoons of spinach paste (made after blanching spinach with salt, cool it and thin paste is made in a blender),salt to taste,1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder and make patty from the dough. Then pan fry the patty with olive oil. Crispy spinach banana patty is ready.
