Instructions to make Eggless churros:
- Pour water and milk into a hot pan
- Add oil,salt,sugar grain
- Melt the sugar bring itto a boil
- When melt the sugar off the gas mix init all-purpose flour.mix till it comes together
- Once it all comes together,shift it back on the gas on medium high heat
- Cook for exactly 2 mintue
- And then take it off the heat
- You'll see it's completely dried out
- Fill your piping bag with the mixture
- No piping bag ?use a ziplock
- Cut the ends
- Pipe out the dough,directly into hot oil and fry
- You can fry 4-5 at a time. The churros should be about 5 -6inches long
- Make sure they don't stick to each other
- Fry till it's golden brown on both sides
- Once they're done,drain them over a paper towel
- Roll the drained churros over the powder sugar and cinnamon powder mixture
- Ready to serve
