  1. Cut your fillet in desired strips, marinate them in lime juice, some salt, black pepper, ginger and garlic powder. After 10 minutes heat your oil.in a plate beat your eggs, deep your fillet in eggs then in bread crumbs then deep in oil until it's cooked
  2. Fry your onions until translucent, add your carrots and cook for two minutes add your rice and cook in low heat till it's ready
  3. Blanch your broccoli and carrots,saute your vegetables…. I like mine crunchy
  4. Fry your onions until translucent add grated carrots and the cabbage don't overcook it……… Bon appetite
