  1. Prepare 1 cup vermicelli
  2. Take 1 cup boiled, grated potatoes

  6. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. Make ready to taste Salt
  8. Prepare As required Refined oil for deep fry
  9. Prepare 1 tsp chat masala powder
  10. Get 1 grated carrot
  11. Get As requried long thinly chopped cabbage
  12. Make ready 1 finely chopped onion
  13. Get 3-4 finely chopped green chilli
  14. Make ready 1/4 finely chopped capsicum
  15. Get 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Steps to make Vermicelli Cutlet:
  1. Boil the vermicelli for 10 min. Into water on medium flame. Then strain it from the water, keep it to cool.
  2. Add peanut and small pieces of bread make a powder of it into the grinder. Add it into a big small bowl with boiled vermicelli.
  3. Then add boiled potatoes, carrot, ginger, onion, capsicum, chat masala powder, black pepper powder, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, red chili flakes, mix well. Keep it for 5-10 min.
  4. For the chutney: add red chilli flakes, garlic, salt, lemon juice into the grinder jar and make a fine smooth paste of it. Chutney is also ready.
  5. Now make a cutlet of mixture with the help of palm.
  6. Heat refined oil into the pan. Deep fry it on medium flame till it's golden colour and crispy to both sides.
  7. Now it's ready, take it out from the oil. Keep it on the tissue paper. To absorb extra oil.
  8. Serve it hot with garlic red chilli sauce and garnish with finely chopped cabbage and carrots.
