  4. Make ready 2 spoon Oil / ghee
  5. Prepare as required Salt
  6. Get 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Steps to make Sago (Sabudana Khichdi.):
  1. In a vessel put on sago add water wash drain water again add fresh water(dont add more than sago) it's eqelly as sago.
  2. Cover the vessel for overnight.
  3. In a hot pan roast the groundnuts (don't remove skin)
  4. In a mixi jar add red chilli powder salt &roasted peanuts &crush them (don't make powder form)
  5. Switch on gas heat oil / ghee (with ghee tests more) spread oil all over pan then sago not be a sticky.
  6. First we add sago in hot oil mix well then add crush mixture
  7. Mix well. On a medium flame mix all well then cover pan for 2-3 min.
  8. After 2-3 min remove cover add boiled potato (peel & cut in cubs)
  9. Mix well switch off the gas.
  10. Your tasty sago ready to eat. Eat with cool cool curd.
  11. Enjoy your sago with curd.
