- Once the cutlet mixture cools down. Take a small portion on palm. Give preferred cutlet shape. Now dip the cutlet in the maida batter and again coat with bread crumbs. Prepare all the cutlets same way.
- Keep the cutlets in a airtight container in freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, take out the cutlets from freezer and shallow fry them. Serve with any dip of your choice. Goes well with tomato ketchup, kasundi, mayonnaise dip etc.
