Instructions to make Polka Dot Pasta:
- preheat oven to 375. spray lasagna tin (or 13×9" casserole) with cooking spray
- cook macaroni for least amount of time as indicated on box; drain
- pour about 1 cup of pasta sauce on bottom of baking dish.
- beat eggs in bowl with whisk, stir in parmesan cheese, pepper and macaroni. spoon into baking dish and cover with remaining 2 cups of pasta sauce
- sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with pepperoni
- bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown
- let stand 5 minutes before serving. enjoy!
