Steps to make Fariyali Pattice:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add grated coconut, grounded peanut powder,cashew and raisins and all stuffing mix well and make small balls of this.
  2. Take boiled potatoes and mashed them. - Add 3 tbsp arrowroot flour or rajgira aata,coriander leaves and salt to taste.Mix well. Make 15 medium balls from this.
  3. Gently flatten the potato balls with the help of your palm. Place a ball of stuffing and now cover from all sides ensuring there are no cracks and form them into a round shape. - Just repeat the same with the rest of balls. - Place oil in a deep frying pan. Once oil is hot, fry the pattice balls until golden brown. Place them over absorbent napkin to move the extra oil. - Farali Pattice can be served with dhaniya pudina chutney.enjoy them hot.
