  5. Then add 1 glass of water,the remaining cube of knorr then salt lastly the fish and the water if any is left in the pot of fish.stir everything together after 3min turn off heat.
  6. Place pot on heat add 6 glass cup of water in the pot,when water boils,wash rice and put in the boiling water after 15min wash and drain rice.
  7. Place pot on heat again add 4 glass cup water little salt then pour the rice cover until the water dries off for 10min
  8. Peel plantain and cut to shape sprinkle salt.place pan on heat add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil allow to heat for 2min then add plantain and fry for 5min.
  9. Food is ready.Serve in a plate and enjoy so yummy.
