- Heat oil in a pan, fry g.g.paste, g.chillies, tomatoes and onion in it,
- Add spicies, 1 cup of water, bring to boil simmer for 2 mins, add brain in it,
- Do not stir continuously, just cook it till the oil seprates from the masalas,
- Serve it with coriander and thin slices of ginger..
