- Soak cow brain for 15 minutes. Drain, clean, de-vein and cut into coarse pieces.
- In a bowl take oil, vinegar, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, garammasala powder, salt and cumin powder and make a paste.
- Now add brains pieces and marinate it for 4-5 hrs or max 1 day to absorbe spices fully.
- Now fry in a pan at low flame.. covered the lid of pan.
- Cook until the brain become tender and golden in colour..oil raises out and all water from brain dry out.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves on top.Now it's ready to serve with chapati..
