  2. Make ready Salt as your taste
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp Garam Masala

Steps to make Bheja Fry:
  1. Take a pot add water & wait till boil. Then add mutton brains in it. When Brain Veins look black.
  2. Then takeout brains in other plate. - Discard the entire Brain vein with soft hand.
  3. Now make small pieces of brain. Then add Salt, Garam masala,
  4. Turmeric powder, Red chili powder and marinate it for 2 hour or overnight.
  5. Take a pan add oil to make fry & put marinate brain on it. Cook until it become brown.
  6. Brain Fry is ready to serve. Serve with Paratha or Nan.
