Steps to make Frozen Chocolate Pie:
  1. First for making pie crust/base - in a mixer jar add biscuits and grind them to fine powder. take it out in a bowl add melted butter and mix well.add milk if required and mix.
  2. Set it into a pie mould by pressing from all sides.keep pie mould in refrigerator for about 15 -20 mins.or until firm.
  3. Meanwhile prepare filling - In a bowl add beaten whipped cream, powder sugar and vanilla essence. mix gently.
  4. In another bowl add dark chocolate and melt it with double boiler or in microwave until chocolate melts.let it cool for sometime.then fold gently with whipped cream.filling is ready.
  5. Pour prepared chocolate filling in pie mould and spread evenly.keep it in freezer for 2 -3 hours or until set completely.
  6. Delicious Chocolate pie is ready.Garnish with some grated chocolate or with chocolate syrup or whatever you prefer for garnishing and serve cool.
