- Prepare 1 bowl wheat flour

- Get 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- Take 2 cardamoms

Steps to make Gur Paratha:
- Mix all the ingredients for making dough and make a smooth dough.
- In a mixing bowl add jaggery, sesame seeds, fennel seeds, pistachio magaj and cardamom and add 1 tbsp desi ghee and mix thoroughly.
- Make a small ball of dough and roll with the help of rolling pin and put jaggery mixture on it. Bring the edges to the centre and flap the mixture.
- Now roll it again.
- Heat griddle and brush with a little cooking oil and put paratha on it and roast on medium flame.
- Flip the side and roast from other side also.
- Now fry from both sides.
- Serve hot with fresh malai or cream.
