Instructions to make Panjiri:
  1. Grind 1 bowl sugar in a mixer and keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a karahi and fry almonds for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside.
  3. Dry roast wheat flour in a karahi on low flame till roasted aroma comes. It will take 10 minutes.
  4. Now add 4 tb spoon pure ghee in it and stir well till wheat flour changes colour. It will turn light golden and a refreshing aroma comes. Now add cut cashew, almonds, pistachio and magaj and mix well. Keep stirring the mixture. Now switch off the flame.
  5. Remove karahi from flame and mix raisins and grounded sugar and keep stirring till sugar get mixed.
  6. When panjiri cools down store it in a air tight jar.
