- Now add red chilli powder and turmeric powder, meet masala powder to taste salt mix gently
- Now add fried kofte now cook on lower flame for 5 to 8 min
- Now last garnish some chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame
- In a cooker add rice and water as ur required and pure ghee now closed the lid and pressure cook up to 1 whistles
