  18. Roll all the balls in flour
  19. In a pan add oil for frying the balls
  20. Balls are ready to fry.fry in medium flame till it becomes golden

  25. Take all spices,roughly chopped onions,green chilli's,1/4 lemon,t tomato,soaked cashews and magaj seeds.
  26. Take kadahi and put in gas on low flame
  27. Add oil
  28. Bay leaves,garlic,cinnemon,black pepper and cumin seeds

  32. Red chilli and coriander powder

  35. Fry till becomes golden brown
  36. Let it be cool and then remove it in mixer jar,r remove the bay leaves.
  37. After few minutes of blend add soaked cashews and magaj
  38. Make a smooth paste and remove it from jar
  39. Again take same kadahi,add oil for gravy0
  40. Add the paste of all spices
  41. Fry it nycly
  42. After few minutes when gravy start removing oil.

  46. Stir nycly
  47. Now add water
  48. Leave it for 5 to 7 minutes for boiling
  49. Take a bowl
  50. Put the paneer balls in a bowl
  51. Arrange one by one
  52. Pour the gravy on it slowely
  53. Fill it with gravy
  54. Do not stir
  55. Arrange coriander leaves
  56. Decorate with fresh cream
  57. Add ghee
  58. Now your paneer kofta is ready to serve hot.
