  1. Get 2 Mutton Brain
  2. Prepare 4 tomatoes
  3. Take 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  4. Prepare to taste Salt
  5. Take 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp Mutton Masala
  7. Make ready Oil for cooking
Instructions to make Bheja Gravy:
  1. Clean the Brain and wash properly…heat water in a bowl and add salt and turmeric powder, add brain and cover the lid for 10 minutes…drain the water from the bowl to separate the brains
  2. Now in a pan add 3 TSP oil and finely chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and fry….wen cooked add brain, salt, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder and little water…. cover lid for 5 minutes…
  3. Open the lid and turn the brains…Again cover the lid for 5 minutes… Ready to serve!
