- I put the margarine in the fridge so it would be cold because the recipe i used said use cold butter.
- For the filling I boiled my meat then grind in food processor. - I then fried my onion in small oil add diced potatoes, carrot and pea fry a little bit add small water for the carrot and pea to soften.. Add meat fo the carrot mix,then add seasonings and spice of your choice.

- Break egg mix then add to the mixture - Add cold water little by little to form the dough.
- The dough should not be watery and don't over work the dough.
- Allow dough to rest a bit then assemble. - Sprinkle flour on flat clean surface put dough. Roll dough flat but not extremely flat, cut round shape add the filling,then rub small egg with pastry brush round the edges of dough, fold the dough and press with fork.
- Continue cutting, filling and sealing until you have finished with the dough, then rub egg on top.
- Rub butter on tray put the meat pie then bake.
