  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp whole spice powder
  8. Get 1 tbsp ginger paste
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp garlic paste

Add the red chilli powder and continue to fry. When the meat is almost done and it looks dryish, add salt to taste and the tomato puree if required.   1. Wash qeema nicely and drain all the water by squeezing.
  2. Now take a wok and heat oil
  3. Add chopped onions and sautay till golden brown than add ginger garlic paste and sautay.

  5. Now add chopped green chillies, turmeric, coriander, salt and mix well. Cook for 2-4 minutes
  6. Now add water to cook qeema whatever amount is required and add chopped tomatoes on top.
  7. Cover the lid with out mixing tomatoes. Cook for 20-25 minutes
  8. Check in between to check amount of water.
  9. Open the lid when qeema cooked than mix it gently and dried out all the water.
  10. Turn off flame when oil seperated from qeema. Sprinkle whole spice powder on top and mix. You can Increase or decrease green chillies and other spices according to your taste.
  11. Dish out and garnish with fresh coriander and serve with Nan or paratha
