Steps to make Beef(chilli) fry with mboga ya kienyeji #charityrecipe:
  1. Boil meat till tender and set aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add onions, chillies and stir for 3mins. Add the garlic/ginger paste and cook till golden brown.
  3. Add the meat and stir for 3-5mins. Add tomatoes and bell peppers and cover for another 3mins. Add in the soy sauce let it sit for a few minutes.
  4. In another pan, heat oil add onion and garlic cook till translucent. Add the tomato and cover for 2mins or till soft. Add your selection of mboga ya kienyeji(boiled) and mix well. Serve with ugali or rice
