- While still warm place berries in chocolate, pressing very gently in a single layer.
- Chill at least 2 hours, until chocolate is hard. With a small sharp knife cut between berries into pieces and place on seving plate. Keep cold.
- This can be made the day before, but after about 24 hours the fruit begins to soften and it is best eaten before then.
