  1. Firstly, Take a bowl.Add flour,powdered sugar,cocoa powder,baking soda,baking powder,soft Butter,condensed milk.
  2. Take another bowl.Add water & vanilla Essence and white vinegar in it & pour it in the large bowl.
  3. Then mix this for about 2 mints and make a smooth batter.
  4. Now Pour it in cake tin. - Tap it for at least 10 times.
  5. Now pre - heat the oven @ 180 ℃ for about 10 mints
  6. After pre - heating the oven bake the cake @ 180 ℃ for about 25 - 30 mints
  7. Now take the cake out of the oven and cool it for about half an hour.
  8. Then take it out on a cake board or on a plate. - Spread some chocolate sauce as per your wish. - Garnish it with some home-made chocolates. - Enjoy
