Instructions to make Meat pie:
  1. In a bowl sift flour, add salt, baking powder butter and mix together
  2. Add water mix together and knead for like 15 to form a dough. Cover n allow to rest
  3. Cut potatoes, onion and carrot into cubes and set aside
  4. On a medium heat, add little oil to a pan, add onion minced meat, seasoning and spices and stir fry. Add scotch bonnet, potatoes and little water. Cover and allow to cook for 10min add the carrot and corn flour mix,cover to simmer. Off the heat and allow to cool completely before filling
  5. Take your dough, roll and use meat pie cutter to cut, add the filling, brush egg at the edges and press. Do the same to the remaining dough and Egg wash.
  6. Add butter to a baking tray and bake till golden brown
  7. Serve with your favorite drink!😍😍
