  1. In a bowl add the four cup of flour,two teaspoon of baking powder,pinch of salt,eight teaspoon of butter and mix them together

  5. In a different pot on a medium heat add oil and chopped onion to fry for some minute. After frying add the red pepper alot it to fry then add carrot,potato,smashed fish,spices and fry it again
  6. Back to the dough,roll and cut it into circle or if you have cutter used it so that you get perfect shape all round and add the filling in the center and press the edges with the help of your fork and keeper aside after finishing with all the dough then fry it with your vegetable oil
