  1. Take a bowl add all veggies and eggs in the bowl now add spices into it.
  2. Beat the eggs until frothy.
  3. Now take a pan add butter to a pan and heat it. Do not let the pan turn extra hot. When it is just hot enough, pour the eggs mixture and add cheese slice on top. Wait until the base firms up, flip it to the other side. Cook until the egg and veggies are cooked.
  4. I prefer to flip the omelette again and cook to make sure it is cooked fully. Switch off the gas.
