  4. Put the pastry in a round baking tray and blind bake at 180 for 5-10 mins. Add mixture. Turn down the edges. Glaze with egg and decorate with sliced sundried tomatoes if you wish. Bake until golden brown, about 40 mins. Serve lukewarm or even cold :)
