- Add tomatoes cook until soft. Place the lid on the pan.
- When potatoes and tomatoes are soft then lower the flame. Put the eggs one by one into the mixture. Close the lid. After two minutes add pinch of salt and pepper. Garnish with green chilli and coriander leaves.
