  10. Add scotch bonner nd spring onion,stir fry then add all ur seasonings nd spices stir fry for 1 mins
  11. Add little water into 1 tablespoon flour, to make a paste,pour it into the meat mix,stir nd add ur green pepper pour more water nd allow it to cook for 3 more mins with lid close nd it is done
  12. Stuffed it into ur cones nd enjoy,so so yum😍
  13. Note(the cones are not crispy after some minutes they become soft after few mins of stuffing,so it taste delish when it is hot nd crisp)
