- Take 4 eggs
- Get 2 onions finely chopped
- Make ready 4-5 green chillies chopped

- Take the eggs and keep ready along with the other ingredients
- Now take a bowl and break the eggs carefully and pour it in the bowl. Put milk,salt and pepper powder and beat it well.
- Then add half of the chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves in the egg bowl and mix well.
- Then heat a non stick pan and pour oil.
- When hot add the rest of the onion and green chillies. Sauté for a minute.
- Then pour the eggs into the pan.Sprinkle red chilli flakes on top. And let it cook covered on low flame.
- When it gets cooked flip it carefully and cook again from the other side.
- When done remove on plate and serve with buttered bread.
