In a pan,take 1 tbsp ghee/ clarified butter,now add cumin seeds.Them add ginger garlic paste.Saute it for about 2 minutes.Then paneer cubes.Then add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder and salt.Saute all things. Now add sarso spinach puree and mix well cook it for about 5-7 minutes. Turn off the gas.Sarso ka saag is ready.
