- First of all cut onion, tomato, cabbage, fresh cardamom and green chillies into small pieces.
- Beat eggs in a bowl until blended. Now add all the onion, tomato, cabbage, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper and salt.
- Mix well all the ingredients
- Take oil in a pan and heat it. Now pour the mixture in pan and slow the flame and cook for 5 minutes. Now turn the omelette so that other side cook well.
