- Heat a nonstick tawa.roast each papad till both sides are light golden.
- Remove from heat,lightly wrap around a thick rolling pin.to get the shape of tacos shells
- Heat oil in a pan.add cumin seeds and add onions sauté for a min.. - then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and sauté for a seconds
- Add black chickpeas,chat masala,salt mix and cook for 2-3 mins.cook till mixture dries
- Add lemon juice and mix well
- Place roasted shells on a serving platter and fill them with black chickpeas mixture
- Drizzle some mint chutney,onion,tomato and garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve immediately🌮
