- When it is done, squeeze the lemons, add the mustard (using a blender) and blend until you have a nicely incorporated dressing.
- Pour the dressing over everything and serve.
Baste with any marinade left when the fish is turned over. Serve on a heated dish with the sliced oranges, lemon or lime slices.
