- After cool down of caramel sauce then take a bowl add caramel sauce, condensed milk, vegetable oil, vanilla essence and orange zest and mix it well
- In another bowl seive all dry ingredient all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda.
- Mix all the dry ingredient in above mix of caramel sauce and condensed milk and mix well
- Now add roasted almond, oreo cookies, dark chocolate chunks in batter and add water as per requirement in batter.
- Take a tin and lined with butter paper and put batter in tin and bake in preheated oven at 170°c at 35 to 45 minutes. Once it baked let it cool down. And take it out from tin
- For chocolate ganache…add cream in pan and let it come to boil than switch off flame then add dark chocolate and let it melt and than stir it and let it cool down
- Now take ganache and spread on cake and dust with icing sugar and top with strawberries.
