The ingredients needed to make Kinder Brownies:
  1. Take 200 g Dark Chocolate (Baker Choice)
  2. Get 200 g Unsalted Butter
  3. Get 3 Large Eggs
  4. Make ready 275 g Moist Brown Sugar
  5. Make ready 100 g Plain Flour
  6. Take 25 g Cocoa Powder
  7. Take 6 sticks Kinder Chocolate (broken into pieces)
  8. Prepare 2 Kinder Bueno sticks (broken into pieces)
  9. Take 1 regular size Toblerone Chocolate
Instructions to make Kinder Brownies:
  1. Preheat your oven to 180'C and place a butter paper on your baking tray
  2. Melt together the Butter, and Dark Chocolate in a bowl placed over boiling water on the stove (Double Boiler Method). Leave it a side to let it cool to room temperature!
  3. Whisk together the Eggs and Light Brown Sugar until the colour has turned pale and is mousse like and has volume double than the original volume. Lift the whisk up out of the mix and it should leave a trail for a couple of seconds before disappearing.
  4. Then pour in the cooled chocolate mixture over eggs and fold together carefully as so that you don’t knock out the air in the batter.
  5. Sift the cocoa powder and plain flour on top of the chocolate mix and then fold together again, Again fold gently so that air doesn't escape from mixture
  6. Add the said chocolates and pour into the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Once baked, leave it to cool in the baking tray, and cut into your squares. If they still don't seem set after cooling, store them in the fridge and then cut so they're firmer.
