Instructions to make Nasi Daging Utara & Air Asam:
  1. Untuk Penyediaan Nasi Daging, rebus Daging dengan Air. Saya Pakai Rice Cooker. Cepat Empuk skit dan jimat Gas. Basuh beras dan Toskan. kalau Beras Basmathi, korang rendam dulu 1/2 jam dan toskan.
  2. Selesai Rebus Daging, panaskan kuali. Masukan Minyak Masak dan Minyak Sapi. Tumis Cengkih, Pelaga, Kulit Kayu Manis, Bunga Lawang dan Daun Pandan sehingga wangi.
  3. Masukkan Bawang Besar dan Halia. Tumis sehingga layu dan terbit bau. Kemudian masukkan Rempah Kurma dan biar sehingga pecah minyak.
  4. Masukkan Beras dan gaulkan sebati dengan Rempah. Masukkan Daging dan Air Daging, Susu sejat, Kuib Ayam dan Tomato. Biarkan masak sedikit dan agak kering, pindahkan ke Rice Cooker. Masak Seperti biasa dalam rice Cooker.
  5. Bagi Penyediaan Air Asam, Kisar semua bahan Sambal. Nak Tumbuk pakai lesung pun boleh.
  6. Bancuh Bahan Asam dan gaulkan dengan Bahan sambal. Siap.
