- Now sautay 2_3 tbs of shredded carrots in oil for 1_2 minutes and keep a side for garnishing
- Now in a pan heat oil and sautay cardamon, cinammon and cloves for 1_2 minutes
- After that in the same pan with cardamom, ci amon and cloves add all the carrots and sautay for 3_4 minutes and drain all the oil and keep a side
- Oil which has been drained from carrots becomes orange colored. Add this oil in a separate big pan
- Add boiled rice over that oil
- Keep the heat on medium and pour orange juice over the rice
- Mix orange juice with rice and cook for 3_4 minutes covering with lid
- Now open the lid mix again and add all the sautayed carrots on top of rice
- Add sugar on top of carrots simultaneously
- Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat
- After that open the lid
- Mix gently rice carrots and sugar which is almost melted
- Cover again and cook for 5 minutes on simmer
- Now close the stove, uncover the lid and take out into a dish for serving after mixing gently. Sprinkle sautay raisins, almonds and sautayed carrots. Sprinkle desiccated coconut as well. Enjoy with family and serve ur guest as well
