- In a mixer jar add washed basil leaves,honey, pine nuts,salt, garlic,black pepper powder and parmesan cheese along with olive oil.
- Grind all the ingredients in a grinder to get smooth paste.
- Remove pesto in jar and keep aside.

- Preheat the oven to 200*c for 10 minutes and line a baking tray with parchment paper .
- Lightly dust work surface and one puff pastry sheet with flour.
- Roll pastry to 15-inches by 10-inches and cut into 5-inch squares.
- Spread 2tsp pesto carefully with a spoon to about 1/2 inch from the edges.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of grtaed mozzarella and cheddar cheese on pesto.
- Lay tomato slice,olive and sliced jalepano on cheese.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of grtaed mozzarella and cheddar cheese on pesto,and seasoned with black pepper powder.
- Place tart carefully on lined baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.Remove from oven and serve hot.
