  4. Transfer into fish bundles into pan.,turn the bundle every 20 minutes.Until fish is cooked.
  5. After 40 minutes unwrap the banana leaf and check the fish is cooked.
  6. Fish is ready to serve, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
