- In a mixing bowl Mix, curd oil and vanilla essence for 2-3 minutes continuously by a hand whisk.
- Sieve and add all dry ingredients (All-purpose flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, powder sugar)
- Then mix the cake batter so everything mix properly.
- Add milk in 2 3 batches (Don't add once) and beat for 3-4 minutes (Don't overmix the cake batter)
- Your cake batter is ready.
- Transfer the batter in a Grease cake mold (I used glass mold if you don't have you can use the normal cake tin).
- Now take one pan and add one glass of water, preheat the pan for 10 minutes at low flame. - Then set the cake mold in a pan and bake for 40 minutes in low flame.
- After 40 minutes open the lid and check the cake by a toothpick. If it will come clear then your cake is ready, if it doesn't come clear then bake for 5-7 minutes more. - cool completely.
- For Rabdi: - - Add 1-liter milk in a pan - - Bring it to a boil by stirring - - once it's boiled stir continuously until milk reduces to 500 ml or half. - - Now add saffron milk green cardamom powder and sugar and mix well. - - Once your milk is thick, switch off the flam and your Rabdi is ready.
- Now prick the cake with a fork - - Pour rabdi mixture on it. - - Garnish with almond Pistacho and rose.
