I had tried lot many banana cake recipes earlier and finally felt this is the best one for the texture and taste. It's the best banana cake I have ever made. I did change the recipe slightly. Banana is one fruit which is cheap, nutritious and is Light, soft and moist banana cake without eggs.

Instructions to make Ripe Banana cake:
  1. Measure all ingredients. Mix butter and sugar until get smooth mixture
  2. Smash bananas with fork l.
  3. Mix eggs and vanilla. Add cream to the mixture.
  4. Seive flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Pour mixture in mould. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
