  10. Take first part of dough and roll it with a rolling pin. It's diameter should more than diameter of your cake tin. Now transfer it into the cake tin.
  11. Now adjust it's size and make sure it's even in the thickness from all sides. Now take a fork and make little holes on the dough.
  12. Now add all of the Apple mixture and spread it evenly.
  13. Now take another peice of dough and roll it in little bit rectangular shape.
  14. Now cut the strips of equal width, size will be different. Now cover your pie in with these strips. You can make any design.
  15. Now brush the pie with some milk. If you eat eggs you can also brush the pie by a beated egg.
  16. Bake the pie at 200°C in the oven for 45 mins until pie has a little golden brown color.
  17. Remove it from oven. Demould the pie very carefully to a plate and let it cool for 30 mins
