  4. Stir the stew and allow all to cook until completely dry. Your stew is ready to serve with your rice.
  5. Wash and Cut your carrot and cabbage into your desired shapes. After cutting your cabbage wash again with salt before mixing it with the carrot. Add mayonnaise to it and serve alongside with your rice.
