  4. Then add orange zest, vanilla essence & fresh cream mix it nicely, then add sieved maida mixture & gradually add orange pulp & make a batter.
  5. Pour the batter in a baking tin, place blueberry compote on the batter randomly & with a spoon or a toothpick swirl it, then bake it in a preheated oven for 45min over 160°c. Coil should be both sides & place the tin on lower rack.
  6. Check the cake once after 40min, by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean remove it from the oven & cool it for atleast 3 hours before slicing it.
  7. Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
