  1. Get 1 lb cleaned & rinsed Shrimp
  2. Take 2 Green onions chopped
  3. Get 1 Tomato chopped
  4. Take 2 cup Grated Cheddar cheese
  5. Get 4 Large Tortillas
  6. Get 1/2 cup Sour cream
  7. Make ready 1 packages Fajita seasoning
  8. Get 1/2 cup Water
Instructions to make Shrimp Burrito:
  1. Saute shrimp in a pan for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the fajita seasoning to shrimp with the half cup of water. Simmer for about 7 minutes.
  3. Then add half of your chopped green onions & half of your chopped tomatoes. Stir and remove from heat.
  4. Warm your tortillas for about 2 minutes in oven @ 350.
  5. Then on your tortilla spread some grated cheddar cheese and top with the shrimp mixture.
  6. Roll your tortilla tucking in the sides. To form a burrito. Then sear in a frying pan for about 2 minutes each side.
  7. Top your burrito with some grated cheddar, green onions, chopped tomato & a spoonful of sourcream.
  8. Cut & Enjoy!!!
