- Saute until the water evaporates completely
- Grind the mutter mixture into crystalline paste
- Take a bowl add wehat flour add haldi powder, jeera powder 2 tbsp oil & kend it & rest 10 min
- Stuff the mixture in the dough & make a roti
- Heat a pan put partha filp it over as one side is done add some butter on top
- Take it of from the flame put in a plate to serve with curd, ketchup, achar
